This policy outlines how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled.
Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items
Most products from Asgard’s Forge Studio are custom‑designed or made to order.
Because of this:
Custom items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable once production has begun.
If there is an error on our end (wrong size, wrong design, damaged on arrival), we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost.
Non‑Custom / Ready‑Made Items
For standard, non‑custom items:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging.
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
We stand behind our craftsmanship — if the Forge made a mistake, we make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, materials may already be in use and cancellation may not be possible.
